How's this for amazing... I was tidying up my Hotmail account when I came across an email whcih was sent over a month ago asking if I (we) have a Daniel Mason in the tree. I replied saying "no, please provide further names." I had a response immediately mentioning names such as George Mason and William Mason (born bef. October 1806), anyway it turns out the names were a direct match, after a number of emails backwards and forwards the thread turns to "June" mentioning she moved from Sandbach, Cheshire to Queensland in 1973 to just north of Brisbane, with me replying that we live just north of Brisbane; at which point we're freaking out; anyway it turns out my forth cousin once removed (June) lives in Morayfield (just north of Brisbane). The plan is to catch up and share stories and research. Genealogy is part research and mostly luck! Amazing don't you think?!
