The Mason family...

It was a very busy weekend with a lot to celebrate.  Rick and I reached twelve years of marriage, I hit 42, and Mothers day popped up right in the middle of it all.  To celebrate it all we had a family day out with the Queensland Historical train society, starting with a ride on a steam train, followed by a four hour cruise from Redcliffe up the Brisbane river to Southbank.  A fantastic day all round, topped off by a surprise visit by Jane who called just as we got home.  She was at the airport on a four hour stopover so we whisked her back to our place for tea and toast, a quick shower and a good catch up.  A great way to end a great day.
